How do I return an item?
Items can be exchanged, replaced, or returned for a refund with the following criteria:
Any exchanges, replacements, or refunds must be communicated within 30 days from the date the item was shipped from vendor. The total sum for the refund includes the original shipping and handling charges; however, the shipping charge for any items returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All items being returned or exchanged must be in the original condition. For apparel, it must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. For the Bible, the shrink wrapping must not be removed. No refunds or returns on personalized items (including the Restoration Study Bible). Refunds will be processed upon verification of item quality as per the above terms.
